Working with Victims of Medical Malpractice

Working with Victims of Medical Malpractice

The process of a medical malpractice case begins when our clients meet with one of the partners at CHH. After a thorough interview, we obtain all the medical records and have them reviewed by the appropriate medical specialists. If after that review we determine that there is, in fact, a malpractice case, we file a lawsuit.

Typically medical malpractice cases settle less often than other types of litigation. We prepare every case under the assumption that it’s going to trial. The jury selection process is vitally important to ensure that you get your fair day in court. At CHH we have vast experience in the jury selection process to ensure that you receive a fair trial from twelve impartial jurors.

At CHH we are aware that bringing a malpractice case can be a foreign and often intimidating process. We stand by our clients through the entire process from the beginning to the end to make sure that they feel comfortable.
